We have audited the accompanying consolidated financial statements of Human Life International, Inc., and HLI Endowment, Inc., which comprise the consolidated financial statements of financial position as of September 30, 2013 and 2012, the related consolidated statements of activities and change in net assets and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the consolidated financial statements. … We conducted our audits in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America.
